The location was unbeatable and the staff members were extremely helpful! Our room had a spacious bed and a particularly nice view. Indoor pool was great, our kids liked it. Had no problem using their great parking, the internet was free.

Food was high quality and staff was always available. I had a super bed and marble bathroom, well-kept room. It was near downtown Houston as well as stores, BEST POSSIBLE location overall. I liked exceptional customer service too.

All in all a good basic hotel and lovely stay. Free Wi-Fi and easy check in. Amazingly nice property's staff. Hotel was fairly clean. Welcoming lobby.

Great place for overnight stay. Further, it was just off food places and many restaurants and stores too. The room was brand-new and great, it felt like at home.

Overall, it's wonderful base for exploring Houston attractions. We were in a king room with climate control, a writing desk and ironing facilities. Moreover, free Wi Fi was provided.
